Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Crevio. By using Crevio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Crevio is operated by Crevio, Inc. ("Crevio," "we," "us," or "our"). The service is available at crevio.co and related subdomains.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Crevio.
- You are responsible for your account, your connected services, and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep access credentials secure.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
- You may sign in using email, magic link, or supported OAuth providers (Google, Discord, Telegram). The same account terms apply regardless of sign-in method.
2. Service Description
Crevio is an AI-powered platform that builds and operates digital businesses on behalf of the user. Depending on your configuration and enabled features, the Service may:
- Generate and publish products, landing pages, storefronts, blog posts, and other content using AI models.
- Generate images, video, and audio using third-party AI media providers and store the results in your media library (see Section 6A).
- Provision, deploy, and manage cloud sandboxes and related infrastructure on your behalf (see Section 5C).
- Send outbound emails on your behalf or at your direction (see Section 5B).
- Execute autonomous workflows on recurring schedules without per-execution approval (see Section 5D).
- Process payments from your customers and route net proceeds to you via Stripe Connect (see Section 8).
- Provide programmatic access to AI models via an MCP server and API endpoints (see Section 6B).
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, monitoring spend and usage, and controlling integrations, permissions, and published content. Crevio acts as your authorized agent when it takes actions on connected services.
Crevio is not a law firm, accountant, broker, or regulated fiduciary. Do not rely on Crevio outputs as your sole source for legal, tax, medical, financial, or regulatory decisions.
3. Connected Accounts and Authorization
You may connect third-party services to Crevio (for example Stripe Connect for payouts, OAuth providers for sign-in, and AI media providers). Each connection grants Crevio the access scopes you authorize.
- You are responsible for permissions you grant in those services.
- You must comply with the third party's terms.
- We are not liable for third-party outages, suspensions, policy changes, or API limitations.
For features that involve provisioned cloud resources or external API access on your behalf, Crevio may create and store credentials (such as tokens, connection strings, and API keys). Credentials are encrypted at rest.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Crevio to:
- Break laws, violate rights, or bypass platform restrictions.
- Send spam, run abusive automation, or perform unauthorized scraping.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service integrity.
- Operate in high-risk contexts (medical, legal, financial advice to end users) without qualified human oversight and your own compliance program.
- Sell or distribute prohibited products, including but not limited to: weapons, illegal drugs, regulated financial products without licensure, sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18, content that infringes third-party intellectual property, or content that violates payment processor rules.
- Use outbound communication features in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, or other applicable anti-spam or marketing laws.
- Use AI generation features to produce deceptive, misleading, or harmful content, including deepfakes, non-consensual sexual content, or impersonation content.
- Exceed or circumvent platform rate limits, credit balances, budget caps, or usage quotas.
We may remove content, pause features, or terminate accounts at our discretion to enforce this section.
5. Billing, Trials, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and may include recurring subscriptions, add-ons, and usage-based components. Pricing shown in-product controls if it conflicts with any summary description elsewhere.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Cancellations apply at the end of the active billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- By saving a payment method, you authorize Crevio to charge it for both recurring subscription fees and usage-based charges (including AI credit top-ups) without requiring additional confirmation for each charge.
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your plan. See our Refund Policy for a summary.
- We may update pricing or packaging prospectively. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email.
5A. AI Credits and Usage-Based Charges
Many Crevio features consume AI credits. Examples include text generation, image generation, video generation, audio generation, web crawling, and code-execution operations performed by managed agents.
- Credits are deducted from your wallet as features are used. The amount deducted per operation is shown in-product and may change as we adjust model pricing.
- Credits may also be granted as part of a paid subscription tier; granted credits are subject to the rules of that tier (including expiry). Subscription plan credits do not roll over: any unused balance from your recurring allowance expires at the end of the billing cycle in which it was granted, and a fresh allowance is provided for the next cycle. Signup, trial, bonus, referral, and promotional credits do not expire while your account remains active, except where a specific expiry is disclosed in-product when they are granted.
- When your balance drops below a low-balance threshold, we may send you an email reminder. You may opt out of these reminders in account settings, but doing so does not prevent features from failing when your balance is exhausted.
- We may pause or restrict features if your wallet is empty or if a charge fails.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for refunds except as required by law.
5B. Outbound Communications
Crevio may send outbound emails on your behalf, including:
- Operational emails to you about your account (security, billing, low-credit alerts, agent activity summaries).
- Marketing emails to you about new features, tips, and product announcements. You may unsubscribe from these at any time without losing access to operational emails.
- Customer-facing emails to your customers triggered by your configured workflows (receipts, drip sequences, delivery of digital products).
You are responsible for ensuring that customer-facing emails comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and ePrivacy). Recipients may unsubscribe at any time via standard mechanisms.
5C. Provisioned Infrastructure and Sandboxes
If you enable features that require provisioned compute (including but not limited to coding sandboxes, ephemeral preview environments, and managed deployments), Crevio may create cloud resources on your behalf using providers such as Daytona and Cloudflare.
- Resource Ownership. Resources created on your behalf may be hosted under Crevio's platform accounts with third-party providers. Crevio remains the contractual customer of those providers.
- Costs. Compute usage is funded by AI credits or a paid subscription tier. Pause or teardown rules are described in-product.
- Teardown. Sandboxes may be stopped, recreated, or deleted automatically based on inactivity, errors, or your explicit request. We are not responsible for data left in an ephemeral sandbox at teardown.
- Data Responsibility. You are responsible for content, code, and data placed into provisioned resources, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and provider terms.
- Credential Storage. Credentials used to provision or access resources are encrypted at rest.
5D. Autonomous Scheduled Operations
Crevio operates certain functions on automated schedules without requiring per-execution approval, including:
- Daily metric summaries and account digests.
- Trial expiration, subscription renewals, and credit deductions.
- Managed-agent tasks scheduled by the user (for example recurring content generation, recurring outreach, or recurring data syncs).
- Automatic stop/restart of ephemeral sandboxes.
- Outbound email drips configured by the user.
By enabling features that involve scheduled operations, you authorize Crevio to execute these operations on the configured schedule. You may disable specific features in account settings, which stops the related scheduled operations.
6. Ownership and Licenses
You retain ownership of content you provide and, as between you and Crevio, of outputs generated specifically for your use. Crevio retains ownership of the platform, software, model orchestration, prompts, templates, and underlying technology.
- You grant Crevio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and use your content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
- You represent that you have the rights to all content you provide and that you authorize us to process it.
6A. AI-Generated Content
Crevio uses multiple AI models to generate text, images, video, and audio. Generated media is persisted to your media library.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy. AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or biased content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before publication.
- Intellectual Property. As between you and Crevio, you may use generated outputs for any lawful purpose, subject to the licenses of the underlying AI providers and these terms. AI outputs may be unprotectable by copyright in some jurisdictions, and identical or substantially similar outputs may be generated for other users.
- Storefront Content. You are solely responsible for the content of products, landing pages, descriptions, and media you publish on your storefront, regardless of whether they were generated by Crevio or authored by you.
- Content Storage. Generated media is retained in your media library until you delete it or your account is terminated, subject to the soft-delete period described in our Privacy Policy.
6B. AI Proxy and API Access
Crevio provides API endpoints (including an MCP server at mcp.crevio.dev and a REST API at api.crevio.dev) that allow your agents, integrations, and connected tools to access Crevio resources and underlying AI models.
- API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your plan and credit balance.
- Crevio routes AI requests to underlying model providers at its discretion. Model availability is not guaranteed and may change.
- You are responsible for the content of API requests and for ensuring outputs are used in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
- Crevio does not guarantee uptime, latency, or availability of API endpoints.
6C. Referral and Promotional Credits
Crevio may offer promotional credits, referral programs, or growth incentives (for example, credits granted for sharing on social platforms). Promotional and referral credits:
- Have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Do not expire while your account remains active, except where a specific expiry schedule is disclosed in-product at the time they are granted.
- May be revoked if obtained through abuse (including self-referrals, automated participation, or fraud).
- May be modified or discontinued by Crevio at any time.
6D. Team Members and Roles
Multiple users may belong to the same Crevio account with different roles (such as owner, admin, or member). The account owner is responsible for managing team membership, permissions, and access. Crevio is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the owner's failure to manage team permissions.
7. Public Storefronts, Subdomains, and Hosted Content
- Storefronts. Crevio hosts your storefront at a Crevio-managed subdomain by default, and optionally at a custom domain you configure.
- Public Showcases. Crevio may display public, anonymized, or summarized activity on platform-wide public pages (for example, a live activity dashboard) to demonstrate how the platform works. No private content, credentials, or non-public account data is exposed in these displays.
- Content Responsibility. You are responsible for the content displayed on your storefront and any pages hosted under your subdomain or custom domain.
- Post-Termination. After account termination, hosted content may remain accessible for a limited transition period before being permanently removed. See Section 14.
8. Customer Payments and Withdrawals
If you use Crevio to accept payments from your customers, the following terms apply.
- Crevio's Role. Crevio facilitates checkout, order management, and subscription management. All payments are processed by Stripe and flow directly to your connected Stripe Connect account. Crevio does not hold, control, or take possession of customer funds at any point.
- Platform Fee. Crevio may deduct a platform fee from each transaction. The current fee is shown in-product and at checkout.
- Recurring Customer Subscriptions. For recurring subscriptions you offer, Crevio uses Stripe to charge your customers on the configured schedule. You are responsible for setting subscription terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies disclosed to your customers.
- Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes. You are responsible for handling refunds, chargebacks, and disputes with your customers. Crevio may deduct chargeback fees and reverse platform fees as required by Stripe and applicable law.
- Tax Reporting. You are responsible for collecting, remitting, and reporting taxes applicable to your sales. Crevio is not your tax agent.
9. Privacy and Communications
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it. The list of third parties that process data on our behalf is published on our Subprocessors page.
By using Crevio, you consent to receive service communications related to authentication, security, billing, and account activity. Marketing communications are opt-out.
10. Cookies and Tracking
Crevio uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, fraud prevention, analytics, and (with consent where required) marketing measurement. By continuing to use Crevio, you acknowledge our cookie usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling required cookies may impact core product functionality.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, original, or fit for any particular use.
- We do not guarantee that provisioned infrastructure will be available, performant, or free from data loss.
- We do not guarantee that storefronts, landing pages, or marketing content generated by Crevio will achieve any specific business result.
- We do not guarantee uptime or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crevio and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Crevio for platform fees and subscriptions (excluding pass-through customer revenue, infrastructure costs, and third-party service charges) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) $100 USD.
Without limiting the above, Crevio will not be liable for:
- AI credits consumed by operations performed within the scope of your configured permissions.
- Customer payment disputes, chargebacks, or refunds processed through the Service.
- Content generated by AI models that is rejected, removed, or flagged by third-party platforms (such as ad platforms or social networks).
- Costs of cloud resources provisioned at your direction.
- Data you choose to make publicly visible on storefronts, subdomains, or public showcases.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crevio, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service and your content (including content generated for you).
- Actions taken by agents within your configured permissions.
- Outbound communications sent on your behalf or at your direction.
- Disputes with your customers arising from payments, subscriptions, deliveries, or chargebacks.
- Cloud resources provisioned and deployed at your direction.
- Your violation of these terms, applicable law, or third-party terms of service.
14. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Before filing a claim, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days by contacting [email protected].
If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement. Class and representative actions are not permitted.
If arbitration terms are unenforceable for a specific claim, that claim will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and Delaware law will govern these terms to the extent permitted by law.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security, abuse, or operational risk, or violates these terms.
Upon termination:
- Provisioned cloud infrastructure may be torn down. Where feasible, we will preserve access for a limited transition period before permanent deletion.
- Scheduled operations will cease.
- Storefronts and hosted pages may be taken offline.
- You may export your data during the post-termination transition period to the extent supported in-product.
- Crevio may retain records to the extent required by law or legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention, accounting, and dispute resolution).
You may close your account at any time from account settings.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date above indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email, and may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
17. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact [email protected].
